Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $75.
Flat rate of $9.99 for all orders under $75.

Estimated delivery in 1-4 Business Days. All orders ship from the USA.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it as soon as possible. If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us and a member of our team will help you.

Maya Lumbini cannot be held liable for packages that go missing or are stolen after being delivered to the address specified by the customer. Additionally, during the return process, we cannot accept responsibility for any items that are lost or stolen while in transit.

Returns

Should you wish to return your product for a complete refund, please reach out to us within 100 days of receiving your order, and a member of our supportive team will guide you through the process. Upon the receipt of your returned item, we will promptly process a refund to your original payment method.

In the event that your item is received damaged or with defects, rest assured that we will absorb 100% of the return shipping costs, in addition to providing you with a full refund.

For those instances where you decide the product is not quite right for you, we will still issue a full refund for the cost of the product(s). However, the responsibility for the return shipping cost will fall on you, utilizing your preferred shipping carrier.
