Hiring Operations and Logistics Specialist

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
You will ensure that our operations, inventory management, and logistic operations are executed flawlessly to streamline our supply chain and expand into new markets, while also overseeing production processes.
AS A MEMBER OF THIS TEAM YOU WILL
- Operations Management: Perform various projects operations
- Inventory Management: Verify and update inventory levels across platforms, add purchase orders in the systems, prepare new orders, and maintain consistent stock levels
- Listings Management: Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing listings in Amazon Seller Central, ensuring products are presented accurately across various and new markets
- Logistics Management: Collaborate with freight forwarders and analyze various shipment options to ensure products are shipped cost-efficiently
- Manufacturing: Manage orders with suppliers, oversee production, conduct quality controls
- Supplier and Partner Relations: Work towards building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and service providers
- Sourcing: Prospect and evaluate new suppliers to find the best partners and develop samples
- Prospecting: Facilitate the process of finding and contacting service providers
WHO WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE
These are some of the traits we would want you to bring to the table:
- Have 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics
- Familiarity with international freight practices
- Business oriented sense of analysis, ability to adapt and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Fluency in English (German is a plus)
